About our products
Every piece we sell is a genuine fossil shark tooth, dug by hand and set by hand. Each one is unique. Colour, size, shape and surface vary from piece to piece, and photographs show the exact item you receive.
Because each piece is one of one, once it sells it is gone and cannot be reproduced or restocked.
Accuracy of this site
We work to keep this site accurate and current. We are not liable for flaws or oversights on the website, or for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose — including incorrect pricing, shipping times or schedules, or other inadvertent mistakes.
If a piece is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Warranty and disclaimer
We stand by our products and do our utmost to make every customer satisfied with their purchase. We offer a fourteen (14) day return or refund period from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details on returns, refunds and store credit.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International shipping is available to select countries. Please note that customs and import duties may apply.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
